CJ HydeCJ Hyde joined the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office on November 1st of 2020.
Currently, CJ is working as a member of our Court House Security Team. Before he came to the Sheriff's Office, CJ spent nearly five years with the Stroud Police Department; three years as a dispatcher and two years as an Officer.
Not only has CJ been a dedicated Police Officer, and now Deputy, he has also been a Firefighter for the city of Stroud since 2017. He also works security for the Stroud Hospital.
Tanner HandTanner Hand is the newest addition to the Investigations team at the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office.
He started at the Sheriff's Office in May of 2011 as a Reserve Deputy. Due to his commitment and hard work, Tanner was quickly hired on as a Full Time Deputy in January 2012. He excelled in each position he held from Court House Security to Patrol and finally as a Supervisor. Tanner is also one of our Crisis Negotiators at the Sheriff's Office. He was promoted to Detective in October of 2020.
Deputy Frank ChapmanDeputy Frank Chapman has an extensive career in law enforcement which began in 1977.
After retiring from law enforcement once before, he answered the call to protect and serve in 2005 for the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office. Frank is our civil paper service deputy.
As long-time residents of Parkland, Oklahoma, he and his son run a neighborhood watch for their community. Deputy Chapman believes in service before self, making him a vital member of this Sheriff's Office with his years of experience and dedication to the people of Lincoln County.
